The Biltmore Apartments are the best. The newly renovated exterior is an improvement that exemplifies the commitment that the management and staff have for improving their residents overall living experience. The management and staff have worked tirelessly through the whole reconstruction experience and deserve high praises. Love living here!!

Dont let the new paint job fool you, this is still the same miserable fath biltmore property. Heartless, overwhelmed and often astoundingly confused employees man these offices. No big deal if your requests will go unheard or take much longer than you would anticipate. Oh and on occasion you might randomly get slapped with a violation that they will definitely collect on. Its a terrible place to live, nestled in a not so friendly neighborhood. Spend the extra $100 and look somewhere else.

I'm a potential residents and I love what I'm seeing so far.

Roaches, roaches and some more roaches. You submit an online pest control request, they'll cancel it and not send pest control unless you go to the office and complain. The building is roach infested and they'll come out and spray but it doesn't get any better because roaches are in the drains, in the walls etc. Neighborhood is ghetto, it is one of the WORST neighborhoods in North Dallas. My advice: tighten your belts and spend the extra 1-200 dollars more a month and find better surroundings. Document and take pictures of everything when the roaches come out because you can then use this to break your lease if necessary.

I love this place best staff in the world they always welling to help you out when every u need something hats off to our new Property manager jerry at the biltmore Apartments U doing a awesome job keep up the great work we all love u but there is one thing the hot water it always goes out and takes week to fix. All but that this is a great place to live with family kids fur babys Again you guys are the best
