Looking at the website on a Saturday, I chose a 1BR/1 Bath unit that was marked as available. I then filled out an application and paid the $200 deposit only to be sent an email on Monday that no apartments were available. Now I'm waiting to get my deposit refunded. I replied to the email, but have gotten no response. I've also tried calling several times, but no one answers. I would still like to rent an apartment there as the prices are good and the location is convenient, but reaching anyone that works there seems next to impossible.

Great location and good prices. Community pool and scenic creek. Close to trails and shopping.
