    I strongly advise against renting an apartment here. Since moving in, I've encountered numerous problems, and the management team has been unhelpful. Recently, they hired painters to work on the building's exterior, and my car ended up covered in paint. Despite sharing proof of the damage, the management team has offered no solutions and insists it's not their responsibility, refusing to collaborate on a resolution. I even asked for a small, one-time rent reduction to compensate for the stress and time spent dealing with this (~15 hours after obtaining estimates showing over $1k in damages, working with adjusters, and dealing with the management team) as well as being out of a car for two days while its repaired, but they rejected my request and continue to deny any responsibility. Please heed my warning and avoid signing a lease with them. I relocated here from another state, and they pulled a "Bait and Switch" with my apartment. The unit I was shown was nothing like the one I was given. Adding to this, my oven has been malfunctioning for two months (still not fixed), along with the car issue and other various problems, it's evident that the management is incompetent.

    I dont like the fact that you cant speak to a live agent, they only text you. How do I know if this isnt a scam this is ridiculous. I guess I wont be renting here. If its hard to speak with someone to lease them I know it will be hard to speak to someone about a maintenance issue. Ill pass.

    Thirty377 labels itself a luxury building. However, it is not. The attached images speak for themselves. The cons of living there are exceedingly high. And be warned: THIS IS MOSTLY A SELF-SERVICE LOCATION. During our time at Thirty377, we found that the culture of management was to do as little as possible for their tenants, even as they raise their rents. Most of the time, the staff and management are inaccessible. However, the maintenance team will mainly respond to your requests. The management wrongly charges $150 for locks and keys when you move out, even when they are all returned. Their bathrooms consist of acrylic tubs, which I'm sure haven't been changed for many years since they are dull and developed yellow/dark spots from hard water and personal care products. Management charged $70 for the acid wash for their acrylic tub - this is something they should automatically have taken care of for their future tenants. BEWARE: Thirty377's billing department is programmed to respond like a robot when they are questioned about such charges.

    This complex appears to be (and charges rent) like luxury apartment homes. However, once you move in everything changes. Construction is shoddy and cheaply done. You won't see this in the apartments they show, but there are all kinds of little issues with mis-aligned mirrors and paint chipping. Although the the show apartment there is a beautiful new washer/dryer, once you lease you'll be rented units from the 1970's that barely run. And to top it all off, they charge you for getting packages ($20 sign up fee + $3/month + $3 each day you don't pick up). All of this would be acceptable if the apartments were a steal. But these are luxury rents for low-end apartments.
