Not a resident friendly place. My remote died, it seems to happen twice a year for me. They will not give a backup. This time it happened on Saturday night. I've got no way to get out of the garbage, they will not return my call or email, i guess they are fine with me not being able leave the premisis.
DO NOT LIVE HERE if you expect any type of common courtesy, or if you want your deposit refund mailed back to you...ever. My roommate and I lived at Post Worthington and didn't have any problems until the last month. Half of our apartment was flooded from floors above us (actually still not sure what the cause was, as we were told multiple things). It was completely unlivable for about the last two and a half weeks of our lease. My roommate's room/bathroom was the most damaged-- so bad that she decided to move out early since they wouldn't have it fixed promptly. We received zero compensation and kind of a, "tough luck" attitude from the office staff. About 3 weeks after we moved out, we received an email about our refund deposit amount and a notice that a check would be mailed. We never got anything in the mail. In fact, the front office admitted to not even putting our forwarding addresses in their system. So where would you mail the check if there wasn't even an address? We called the office several times only to be cut off by unhelpful and impolite girls, never able to get transferred to a manager, or even given any information other than that it could take a few weeks after it was cut to be received. Since then, we have been told so many stories on where the check is, conflicting dates of when it was cut (Sept 24 or October 20), not being able to see where it was mailed, promising to follow up/have corporate call, the list goes on and on... 7 weeks later and we still have zero answers and zero refund.
Clean, safe, homey living. Professional, quick, and helpful staff. Peace of mind and great location. I'm very impressed and glad to have chosen the Post Worthington.
Love the location. Love the quality of my room. Most of the time I have had an enjoyable experience with staffers. But there needs to be a better way to deliver packages and allow access to the package room. I work from 7 am to 8 pm. Help me out here!!!
