I still have the same feeling I did when I first saw this apartment the building is beautiful the Landscaping is top-notch the pool is magnificent and the location can't be beat the value for this apartment far exceeds any expectation that I have I still smile every day that I come home
Easy lease application, friendly staff. My unit is quiet, no noisy neighbors. Utilities are low cost.
Great place with a friendly staff. Very close to a lot of Uptown attractions with restaurants, salon, dry cleaners, Starbucks right in the building. Apartment was nice and clean and freshly painted at move in.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living in Post Square. The management office is helpful in answering my questions and maintenance is quick to respond when I have run into any issues. Location is great, walking distance to plenty of establishments in Uptown.
I feel that Post Square is not accomodating to its residence as much as other communities s in the area. The management staff was not helpful when my car was wrongfully towed, I was not notified when there was water damage to my apartment while I was ou town, I was wrongfully almost evicted (that was cute), and on top of all of these things, I was given a written warning for throwing a sack of trash away in the parking garage, yet my neighbor thre a couch away in there (also cute). I also find it alarming that there are no safety cameras in anyway to be found, just notes about watching for burgulars/attackers.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
