Would not recommend to anyone with other options. Outdated complex from top to bottom. Garage gate is broken once a month, or electronic gate doesnt work, or the callbox system goes down. Its just an outdated facility with up to date pricing. I would look at the many other options available in the area before settling with Post Heights.

I've lived here for 2 years now and I cannot express to you how excited I am that my lease is up. Not only is this complex outdated and overpriced, but the service level here is slim to none. Elevators never work, callbox is always broken, amenities are always out of service. And if you're super lucky - your AC will go out on a Friday in the middle of June and they will tell you cant do anything about it until Monday while even though your apartment is 90+ degrees. :-)
There have been also multiple instances in the leasing office where I've heard the staff talk badly to and about residents. Even when I was there once to have them fix my fob (which didn't work 5 times in one month) they were bad mouthing me and my roommate while we were in there thinking we couldn't hear them.
Do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. You wont regret it.

Post Heights is great overall value for square footage and location in uptown Dallas. The management team and pool cannot be beat, and the common areas are well cared for. Above all, Post Heights is quiet and safe.
