Awesome apartment & good location at a great price
Post Coles Corner is a great option for anyone wanting to be in the middle of Uptown without the Uptown price! I have lived at this property for 2 1/2 years, and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a safe home with dependable management in an awesome area. At Coles Corner, you are within walking distance to both West Village and Uptown, as well as close to major highways and other fun areas of Dallas. We love our home here.
I am very satisfied with my experience with Post Coles Corner. You will not find a better value in a better location in Uptown. The management staff is amazingly friendly!
As someone who has chosen to live without a car, Post Coles Corner has one of the best locations in Dallas -- it's right on the trolley line and an easy 10 minute or less walk to a grocery store, two pharmacies, DART rail, numerous bars and restaurants, etc. Also, I actually think it has better curb appeal than many of the newer, more luxury apartments in the area, as it has much more character (and color!) than is typical.
This is a great community with nice amenities and well laid out apartments. Everything about my place makes it feel like home. I love walking up to my building and seeing it's classic architecture and beautiful landscaping. Management has been very communicative and responsive to any needs. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
