Our apartment is our new home and we love it. It's modern, well designed, energy efficient, the maintenance staff is very responsive, the landscaping is gorgeous, and the complex is very dog friendly.

Friendly people work here. The environment is clean and peaceful. I feel safe here. The office communicated via text, which I love.

They don't answer the office phone EVER! Also, they like to do random fire alarm testing for hours of alarms sounding at a time in the middle of the night without warning when people have children and jobs they have to be up for the next morning. Also, they say they are coming one day to fix something then I guess they decide not to come so you have to ready your apartment again for their entrance. Lastly, I can get my clean apartment sprayed every week and their will still be fruit flies
