Staff are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
Sarah, who claimed to be the leasing manager, put her fingers in her ears once I started talking, referring that she doesn't want to listen to me about a specific topic we were discussing.
I felt disrespected and asked for my ID. Sarah retained my ID gainst my well until I insisted to have it back.
Later, when I wanted to escalate the incident to her manager, she claimed she's the manager and scolded me to leave the premise.
Message to the management:
Sarah, leasing manager, can't hold up a professional conversation with a potentail tenant (myself) and I question her professionalism on interacting with potential tenants.
With that said, you lost me to even think about your place.
