The loud uncovered pool pump buzzes all day and prevents us from sleeping. Management refuses to do anything to help even though we have offered solutions. They rather sit idly on their hands and let us suffer.

I am writing notify anyone who is considering lease an apartment in Park 5940 MD that renting an apartment in Park 5940 MD probably will decrease your credit score dramatically in future without any clues! It is a very dangerous and risky behavior ! Walk away! Here is our story : On Jan 3 2018, we dropped in a check to pay the move-out fees we owned to the Park 5940 MD and sent the email to confirm this action. After that we never got anything back from Park 5940 MD again. We thought they already received the check and just too busy to reply us. And suddenly on Feb 17 2020 we noticed our credit score dropped around 188 in total including my husband and mine due to the "debt" we owed to Park 5940 MD in 2018. In order to delete the open account appeared on our credit report, we double paid the original fees with extra interest today. After the payment, we checked out our email history and my husband finally remembered that he did drop in the check. We called back to the Park 5940 MD, we thought we deserve at least some sympathy from the manager, Ironically , she accused us that we did not send them with USPS mail since they cant check the payment out with the tracking number. Moreover, she asserted that she has to contact the leasing officer we were contacting with to confirm that officer did reply to us after we sent the check. So technically, she even doubts that the email conversation we sent to her is intentionally cut by us. Since I called them more than once, I was told by the other staff that the officer we were contacting already left this working place. So we really have no ideas how long it takes us to get the reply from the previous staff. What hurts me more is she even said "Since you already paid the collection company, that's fine ." But could anyone tell me why we have to double paid the fees and got our credit score decreased 188 points for nothing we did wrong ? Not even including for all those extremely unprofessional harassment calls from a debt c

Park 5940 MD is a great place to live. Its combination of elegance and friendliness makes it ideal for a city lifestyle grounded in a healthy work/life balance. Its proximity to uptown, downtown, and the medical district attracts a diverse community and represents the best of what Dallas has to offer.

So far so good! The area feels very safe and there is good access to the grocery store and downtown. Apartment was really clean when I moved in. Only downside is you can hear your upstairs neighbors very well and EVERYONE IN the halls.
