The staff really care in the office and do not treat you like a number. They go above and beyond at times to ensure that I am taken care of. The maintenance team always responds in a timely manner. This is the best place to live in a uptown. I couldn't be more happy here! Thank you Metropolitan!

I lived at Metropolitan at Cityplace for a little over 7 months. While Ive had my ups and downs, but I can honestly say that I had an enjoyable experience living here. The location is great, especially if you work in downtown/uptown areas. Apartments are modestly price while still providing the amenities youre looking for. I have to give kudos to two sets of individuals: one for the maintenance staff. I am astounded at how well this community looks. Living in Dallas, you can forget that there is such a thing as trees and landscaping. The staff here do an amazing job of maintaining the grass, plants, trees, and everything. I really enjoyed taking my pup for walks each day and enjoying a very outdoorsy feel while still living in a big city. Secondly, I have to give praise to the managers/owners of MCP. I admit that I have been a pain to them at times with various issues that have popped up that were out of her control; however, Amanda took the time to ensure I remained happy and did what she could to make things right. She genuinely cares about the well-being of residents, their satisfaction, and most importantly- their experience. Thanks Amanda for everything, and I wish MCP continued growth!
