Do not come live here at this property, they are unwilling to work with you when it comes to paying rent, they set up barriers and make you jump through hoops. We attempted to make the payment online, when you try to make it online, it says "you don't have permission to make online payments." I had made a partial payment last month on top of my rent, when I tried to make the payment using their PayNearMe, they declined the payment twice. I talked with the office person, she states the paper said you need to make the full payment or it declines, I looked over the PayNearMe paper, it doesn't say that anywhere on that paper. I made a partial payment with last month rent, it should take into account when you make the payment. The paynearme charges you $3.99 to make the payment, those are barriers placed by the property, if you can't jump through those loops, they automatically take you to court even though you are attempting to make the payment. On another note, they will do random inspections to see if anyone is smoking in the property because neighbors complain about smoke. They're not taking into account if someone is cooking you accidently burn something, that creates smoke and sets the fire alarms off, the neighbors will complain about it as someone is smoking in the property. I get it, that it's a non-smoking property, but consider those outcomes. Maybe, stop creating barriers for people and actually work with them. You will also see random big cockroaches roaming the property when you walk to your car.

I researched a lot of apartments in the area. I found this place right in lovers Lane by NW Hwy to be right near pretty much everything you need, meaning target, Walmart, Target, grocery stores, restaurants, tire stores, you name it. The apartments are clean & the manager staff is really nice and professional & they are actually taking care of the place again! - if something needs to be done they get it done. if they dont just bug him a couple times and they will get it done. My only complaint is on lovers lane right there where it turns the corner & to go onto Northwest Highway, The road needs to be repaired but thats not the apartments fault and its tough to get out onto NW Hwy during rush hour. I usually go the other direction on lovers ln. They have move-in specials, and the rental rates are very reasonable. Their apartments are also large. Give them a try before you go somewhere else and one more thing ask them to fix the security gates because although I havent had a problem, and I take Uber most everywhere or walk because everything is so close, right now theres no secure parking, but there used to be.

The finishes in the apartment are great except the travertine is weak and crumbles under foot in some places. The location is excellent, three miles from my office and surrounded by retail and services. It's also close to major highways. I have been a resident for two years and I would stay longer, but there are comparable (same finishes/size) units closer to my office being marketed at $475. I live in Apt 139 and I would renew this November 2015 if ownership would bring the rent down to $500.
