The finishes in the apartment are great except the travertine is weak and crumbles under foot in some places. The location is excellent, three miles from my office and surrounded by retail and services. It's also close to major highways. I have been a resident for two years and I would stay longer, but there are comparable (same finishes/size) units closer to my office being marketed at $475. I live in Apt 139 and I would renew this November 2015 if ownership would bring the rent down to $500.
