They charge you double the utilities. The office staff is very uncaring. Watch out be ready to be charged double even when yoy have email confirmation that you already paid.
I've lived in these apartments for 2.5 years now but will not be renewing my lease again. The biggest issue is parking. There are maybe 20 visitor spots for the entire complex, so don't live here if you have friends. My car has now been towed TWICE when the complex changed management and therefore towing companies and there were mix ups with information and they only notified residents ONCE via email before they enforced the towing MONTHS later. No chance of a refund for their mistakes from this criminal company.
The highway is incredibly loud from my apartment, nothing but honking and ambulances all night long. There are roaches despite my requesting pest control every time I see one. The gate only works about 50% of the time and I've been locked out of the gate late at night despite having a code and a clicker. Gym is nice, pool has way too much chlorine. Office ladies are typical, doing the bare minimum. It does feel fairly safe.
The one bright spot is the maintenance men. Miguel and Marcus are wonderful, kind, and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them.
Melody, the Community Manager, is a perfect example of an employee that truly loves what she does and goes way above and beyond to work with a new client to get the right fit for the right apartment. Time was of no concern for her and she showed me her depth of knowledge and exceptional people skills. Stephanie the Assistant, is very good at her position and emulates Melody's commitment to the property. She was as excited as me that we came to terms for a lease! The Maintenance staff was in and out during my visit and were deeply respectful and friendly. I really look forward to moving back into the same complex I occupied in the early 80's and knowing that both me and the property will be well taken care of by the entire staff! Many Thanks.
Managament is good and its a quite area.
I was welcomed in nicely however was not given true information when honestly letting the leasing agent (Carina) know I had no evictions but a remaining balance due to car accident and layoff of work which caused this to happen. This agent began to whisper and told me several times that management will look over this because they usually do so just to go ahead and bring in my app and deposit. I asked several times so I would not loose money unnecessarily, but the leasing agent was not honest again and told me this would not effect the move in and this would be overlooked by Management. I submitted the application and app fee with deposit and she called later that day and stated the management said this could not be reversed when she basically reassured me that this would not happen. I do understand that this would be a barrier for me, but if she was honest as the other leasing agents were at other locations and stated I would waste my money to go to a second chance apt complex I would have moved on. Also I was told that this was a second chance apt complex. Please to all that have an issue as I did "DONT BELIEVE THIS AGENT (CARINA)WHEN SHE TELLS YOU TO GO AHEAD AND APPLY, IT WILL GO THROUGH" she is just making false statements and I'm sure getting a nice BONUS for misleading future tenant prospects. If you can't trust management and their word, why move in and live there. I hope this agent enjoy the bonus on her last lie to prospect tenants.
