My whole experience at Gardens at Vail has been spectacular. Everyone one in the office has done their part in helping me find my home. Best apartment experience thus far.

Gardens at Vail has the friendliest office staff I have ever met. They are considerate and quick to assist with requests. It has a nice, quiet community and the grounds are well kept. The interior of the apartments are great and updated. Love the vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor.
I just recently moved into Gardens at Vail and I have already recommended this community to one of my co-workers who will be moving into the community later during the month of March. The parking is assigned and covered and extremely convenient to the location of where your apartment is located. My home came with everything that I need to include a built in microwave and a stackable washer and dryer. My garden tub is the size of a small wading pool which is great after a long day at work.
I love my apartments, the team has gotten much better as far as communication and them helping us than previous before.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
