We looked around Uptown area at several apartments. Gables Villa Rosa by far was the most beautiful and well thought out apartments. The location is awesome and the staff is excellent.
This isn't a review of the place but something I didn't mention before that bothers me. This new trash pickup service is totally unneeded. Anyone who can't walk to the trash room and drop is the chute is lazy! And seeing trash cans in the hall isn't the best sight. Plus $30 a month is a cost that I think is more for Gables to make money on. That and he pool issue on weekends (plus the mess left behind) are the only things I don't like. Everything else is great.. Thank you!
We truly enjoy living at Gables Villa Rosa. It's in a great location, well maintained and has friendly and responsive staff.

We looked at approximately 30 apartment buildings in Dallas. Villa Rosa provided the best overall value. The floor plans are great! The architect is a genius! Other apartment lay outs are all very ordinary in comparison.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
