Nice building in great location. Able to walk to many Uptown restaurants and bars, walk to many other neighborhoods. Drawbacks: dog owners no picking up after their dogs, also pet owners not abiding the leash rule.

I've really enjoyed living in Uptown Trail since graduating college. The location is great and the facilities are very nice. I always get compliments on my apartment and feel that the building provides an excellent set-up.

Great location--on the Katy Trail, which is perfect for active people who want easy access to a place to run/walk.

The larger three bedroom apartments are spacious and the maintainance team is very nice but the building quality is poor which encourages several issues although you are paying a premium price and the new management in the leasing office is very rude
