The staff at Gables goes above and beyond to make the complex feel just like home . It is nice to be called by name when greeted. The entire staff is fantastic.

I am new to the community. So far I love it! The amenities are amazing, I have had a couple of things to get fixed in my apt. and the management response is in a timely manner. Best thing of the building, is its location! Nati G.

Park 17 is an idealy perfect place to live if you desire a luxury apartment and would like to avoid the Dallas traffic, by commuting from the suburbs to Uptown or Downtown. Not to mention be near the center of everything in Dallas. Staff are friendly, professional and responsive. Residents seem well screened and it doesn't feel like a college dorm/frat house nor retirement community. Try to get a higher floor to minimize noise from the Woodall Rogers freeway nearby but overall a great place to live.

This is a great place to live, with spacious and well-designed apartments, beautiful exteriors, a plethora of amenities, and friendly and courteous staff and residents. The building hosts activities and get togethers for residents. It is a very safe place to live. I am very happy I made the choice to live here.
