Centerpoint Apartments

The manager and staff are always helpful in any concern or need. I loved living here (5yrs). The location is good and peaceful at night. I've had good neighbors. Enjoy pool time during summer, always clean.

I have lived here for 5 years now. I do not make a pile of cash so budgeting living expenses is a priority. I have never had my car broken into, or and bugs as the management does my apartment at least 3 times per year on schedule. I live peacefully in my apartment and take advantage of the free food and drink they offer in the office. The people I see on property seem to have a purpose and no one loiters. My maintenance requests are addressed quickly and they call to be sure it was done to my satisfaction. I give them 5 stars because it feels like home when I am greeted .They care about how I feel there. More than I can say about uptown price gougers !

DO NOT MOVE HERE. First of all, the management is terrible and rude. Second, they will never let you leave. This place is worse than hotel California. The cheap lease isn't worth the headache that comes with this place, I promise. (Also, rent goes up EVERY time, without fail, for no reason because there isn't one thing improving about this complex.

Their complex is awful the team they have in the office is rude and incredibly dismissive and pretend they know more than they let on. They don't know what they're doing. They think if you signed something with them you signed away your rights or something.

LITERALLY THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. The property is insanely old for the price that they are asking...and the "re-model" is a freaking PAINT JOB that took forty seven years to complete. The pool is almost never operational AND THEY TOW EVERYONE. Literally if you have a visitor, the only visitor parking is at the front. NOWHERE ELSE. They towed a friend to came to visit me after they had only been parked by my apartment for an hour and a half. They towed MY CAR because I parked in a handicapped spot over night when there was NOWHERE else to park. Literally I cannot say enough bad things about this hellhole.
