Pro: Great location. Pretty close to everything. Cons:They switched management companies after my lease was signed and it has been a rough transition. They charge several fees for living here and don't offer many amenities. In fact they have been telling us about a co working space for a year. Yet no work has been done to convert the space that was once a leasing office. Packages are difficult to deliver and often end up at the wrong building. Don't plan on having visitors unless you want to go down and back up 3 flights of stairs to get them because they don't have elevators, a key pad, or call buttons. The valet trash set up is a joke. Most days trash fills the halls due to lack of housekeeping, negligent workers, or nasty residents. And they recently increased the rent by $275. Why? Because they can. They have not made any improvements to this property to warrant an increase of this magnitude. Oh and make sure you leave work early because there will not be any parking for you when you get home.
