Bridges at Deer Run

I don't smoke cigarettes nor anything else. But my apartment smells like an ashtray. It's hard to breathe and I have been feeling nauseous everyday. I use MERV 13 air filter and invested about $400.00 in air purifier, use plug in oils, and cold mint oil. Despite all my efforts my nose feels like it's burning, hard to breathe, have chest pain, coughing, and suffering from headach all day and everyday. Everything in my apartment smells like an ashtray and it's nauseating. I've let the office staffs know several times but all they can do is to send out emails reminding tenants about the no smoking policy. I've lived here for almost 4 months now, signed a 13 months lease. It literally pains me living here in this condition. I hope the management will do something serious about this. Or I won't be able to live here for too much longer. I pay pretty good amount of money in rent and I am entitled to breathe clean air, at least in my apartment!!! Severe roach problems of all different types. All my belongings are in weather/bug proof plastic totes not using cabinets. No amount of pesticides, baits, and glue traps were available to keep them out. They even fall of the ceiling freaking me out. The property has trash and dog poop everywhere. People hanging out in the parking lot drinking and work on cars.
