There are rodents, homeless living in vacant units, lack of lighting in residential walkways, no active gates working, they routinely charge lates hoping you won't notice, terrible management who is rude and told residents she was there to "clean things up" but I am not sure how that can be accomplished when there isn't lighting and the entire building 20 is vacant and not secure. I wish I could post pictures but it's beyond substandard.

I've been trying to be on the waiting list for tax credit properties at these apartments and I haven't heard anything and they tell me they're not a tax credit property I can't understand that but they sure want to section 8 voucher
