Title: A Sharp Decline in Standards and Service: Beware! I'm deeply saddened to report that the once stellar ratings and reviews for this apartment complex no longer reflect its current reality. Under the previous management by Amli Residential, a chain renowned for excellence, this apartment was a paragon of quality living. Their commitment to upkeep and service was evident; hallways were always kept relatively clean, and the staffs attentiveness was top-notch. However, all that changed this year in September, with the transition to a different management company, leading to a significant drop in standards. While there were promises of routine cleaning, upon inspection after a supposed cleaning day, the hallway outside my apartment remained the same as before. The same cigarette butt and leaves were untouched, clearly indicating that the cleaning was not on par with the standard set by Amli Residential. To make matters worse, when I politely raised this issue, I was met with a confrontational attitude from the current leasing office manager. Her unprofessionalism became evident when she decided to video record our conversation without my consent. Although she tried to downplay the situation, the broader issue at hand is the evident decline in service quality. As a resident, I feel an overwhelming sense of disappointment. This once-thriving community, which had a commendable 4.7 rating on Google, is now seeing a slew of 1-star reviews, and I can't help but concur with them. The decline is palpable, and the disappointment is real. Potential residents, please be wary the past accolades no longer hold true. Lastly, to the property owner or management reading this: I've seen your generic responses. Understand that it's not just about a leaf or a cigarette butt; it's about the evident decline in standards and service. My patience, much like the quality here, is waning. Rectify this before more residents share my sentiment.

I am a resident here that, a year ago, would have given a 4 or 5 star rating here. But recently the complex rented a connected apartment to renters who consistently make unreasonable noises at all hours of the day and night, and complaints to the complex have been met with shrugged shoulders and suggestions that I involve the "local police." The management has proven incapable of caring about the nuisance they brought to my life by renting to these occupants, and they continue to refuse to offer any solutions to this ongoing problem.

I love this apartment complex. The staff are wonderful and offer so many different events. The amenities are wonderful and the complex is always well kept.
