We live here for 2 years now is now corporate and before was bad and is worst .Maintenance take for ever to fix what ever needs to fix office staff don't know how to treat the Residents . The pool part of the time is closed the water is green . I DONT RECOMENT NO ONES TO MOVE HERE . Is called Luxury APT not even close to that , We cant wait to finish the lease to move out . The money all pays for the rent is waste money .
WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! ROACH INFESTED apartments. I moved in and there are roaches everywhere. The model I was shown of course was beautiful, but I had mold, leaking toilets, water damage, ROACHES, a water leak, and the apartment was dirty on move in day!?! Olga is horrible and cant believe shes the Asst. Manager here still. I was told that things would be corrected but if you spray for roaches wouldnt you see some dead ones not live ones still running around everywhere and I mean everywhere. Save your time, money, and frustration.
I have lived in 3 apartment complexes and this is the first one in Texas. I chose this place for the location and the size of the apartment. While I get what I need from that stand point, there arent any activities in the community. I used to pay lower rent than this earlier, however there were several festivities regulalrly which made living fun. None of that here.
All maintenance requestes are completed on time. Office associates are wonderful and super helpful.
I just really hope the traffic situation gets better when you get out of the apartment.
I see several cars for some apartments (more than 2) that are usually parked in from of the buildings. Considering that I'm carrying two kids and we only have 2 cars, at least 1 of us should be able to park in front or closer to our building. this is becoming very painful.
There has been several issues with my name being correct on bill & such, there was no record of my payment of my pet deposit so that is $450 I spent for no credit, as well as there has been a horrible issue of the office informing me of the status of my apartment, I put in my 60 day notice & paid my reletting fee to allow me out of my lease early No one has informed me of any of my status' I turned in my keys to do my final walk through and was informed that it couldnt be done, she didnt do them
