You will not have great parking unless you pay for a carport or If you don't leave the apartment after 6pm. I can hear my neighbors alarm going off and their baby crying throughout the night. My upstairs neighbor has a toddler running and jumping right around 9pm. Also, If you have a UPS package the front office will not call you and let you know which really upset me since It was a birthday gift I thought it got lost or stolen. I will say maintenance fixes whatever issues you have right away, complex is clean, pool is always clean, and front ladies are always nice BUT the bad definitely outweighs the good. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.
Once you call Vantage at Corpus Christi their automated voice says, professionally managed. That is a biggest lie. They cant keep the same workers there for more then a month. 8 months of living there and never once did they spray even when I requested. They are real good at charging you for pest. I was forced to spray myself with store bought spray I paid for. If you want to cuddle with bugs rent an apartment at Vantage! To put the cherry on the ice cream after my 8 months of being there. I did not re new my lease, you could not pay me to live there. I go in to turn in my keys etc however the NEW assistant manager was too busy eating her Sonic her wonderful husband brought her to do a apt walk with me. She said, we will send you a check in the mail that is your deposit. Guess what, my check never came in but I got a lovely call from Collections saying I owe Vantage 300+ dollars! Once I ask why, my apt was not dirty, nothing was wrong with it. Collections say call Vantage and see what it is for and then send us a letter saying why you want to disburse this. Well after attempting to get in contact with Vantage over 18 times NOT ONE ANSWER! I PROMISE YOU ARE BETTER OFF NOT RENTING A APARTMENT WITH VANTAGE! VANTAGE IS HORRIFIC!
I can say I spoke with Jonathan and he was the greatest! He showed me the property and was so helpful. I am going thru a divorce and he was so supportive in assisting me with my attempts to move. He was very considerate of my situation and left the decision up to me. No pushy salesman. The place is beautiful and looking forward to the process of moving now that Ive spoken with him.
Parking is limited. Apartment was dirty and full of spiders on move in day. The walls in the apartments are paper thin! I could hear my neighbor yawn, and my upstairs neighbors baby awake every two hours crying. Not worth what I paid when I lived there. And I dont recommend you to get a backyard, you cant have anything or you will get charged a fee. Glad to be out.
Terrible customer service. Every time I call dimensions change or they don't know it. And Jonathan the manager has to be the rudest person I've ever dealt with.
