Under new management. They got rid of the Old manager and the Asst Manager. They were rude and unprofessional. They would yell and treat the maintenance men and residents like dirt. The new Manager is professional and kind. Hope she stays that way. She seems genuine and understanding. They are also doing construction and remodeling.

From management to assistant manger and maintenance you can submit work orders they never get done you can let them know of issues that are happening in the property it never gets resolved the front office management act like they dont care what goes on at the complex

Please do not move here. You get what you pay for. When I did my application, they said I should find out if I got the apartment in about 3-5 days. It took them a month to get back to me saying that I was approved. I also tried to add my brother on the lease and he filled out the paperwork and it took him 3 weeks to get approved! The management does things on their own time and they are rude no matter what you are calling about. When I first moved in,the bathroom sink was leaking underneath, the dishwasher leaked whenever you used it, the garbage disposal didnt work, and the fridge smelled like something died plus had dead bugs all on the inside and they still come every once in awhile and i have no idea how or where they are coming from. I had maintenance come in and they fixed everything but the fridge. They wouldnt even give me a new one but i noticed that the neighbor downstairs got a new fridge. And if that doesnt leave a sour taste in your mouth, dont get me started about the sugar ants. If you are cooking, make sure you clean as you go and never leave any food out because they will come from anywhere and everywhere. I have to put any food that has been opened or anything sweet in my fridge because if i dont, the sugar ants will get to them. I even tried to put all my food in ziplock bags but that still doesnt work. So my pantry is pretty empty. Ive even had the sugar ants go to the bathroom because of the toothpaste and mouthwash. So those are in ziplock bags too. They also charged me $25 for renters insurance renewal but they sent me a letter a month before saying if i paid it by a certain date, i wouldnt have to pay the $25.00. So i did that and emailed them my updated information and they still charged me and said that it didnt matter what the letter said and it "automatically" charges me and i still have to pay it. So what was the point of sending the letter then? I do not plan on staying after my lease is up and i hope this helps.
