terrible management, they wont fix anything no matter how many times you request them to. terrible ant problem, says its a gated community but the gates are always opened. they never know what's going on with their residents.

Absolutely terrible, do not move here if your life depends on it. They will nickle and dime you every change they get, everything is falling apart, they will not respond to any maintenance requests, and they will be exceptionally rude every time you try to speak to them. Before you've signed your lease, they will be super nice, after that, they'll treat you like garbage. Literally the worst place I've ever lived. I am constantly seeing moving trucks in and out of here, so the high turnover rate tells you something. I'm getting out of here as soon as my lease is up.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I wish I would have read reviews before leasing its disgusting. And the staff is ridiculous they never answer the phone. Ive been here 6 months and our electricity turns off at least 6 times a week because they wont fix our breaker. And tell me not to have the AC/ heater on while cooking Weve had 3 rats! And they do nothing about it. Roaches. Our water heater busted all over the living room carpet and we called and they take forever and asked them to clean our carpet and they vacuumed up the water and put a fan! There was tons of mold where our water heater is. They just painted over it. Its ridiculous and distcusting. Cannot wait to leave these apartments.

We have been without hot water and electric since the 25th because of Hurricane Harvey. Other apartments around the area being understanding about their tenants and the situation has extended the due date of rent or are working with people to give them the time to pay it. I have been living at Walnut ridge for 3 years and would think to be a valued leaser. My work has been without electric because of hurricane Harvey and will be unable to do payroll for a week or so. Walnut Ridge is not extending the rent due date, not waiving the expensive added on fees, and is not waving edviction. The worker who answered said "maybe we can cut the added on fees by half" i'm sitting in my 87 degree apartment with no hot water wondering why I stayed with such heartless leasers. Do not rent here!

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!! DO NOT waste your time or money here. Appliances are old and don't work. I've told the office many times and they still have done nothing. Also, it's WAY too crowded, too many people come and go. They have six pools but they are never all open. They make it look so nice when you're checking out the apartments, but I can't wait to leave!
