Worst place ever, dont take care of rat problems, and I mean rats and mice. I had to get traps myself. never mailed my deposit back, overcharged on water for over a year. +100 overcharge, supposed to get refund, never did. Repairs never done, neighbors very disrespectful to your privacy, I have pics to show of how they keep the apartments, maybe I will upload one day. along with the rats that i caught on traps. they owe me over 1500.00, gave up on it, will never get it. picture here looks nice clean, drive by and see for yourself. woke up to beer bottles all over the patio, cig, butts, opens pits with dried up meat still in them. flies all over...

ROACH AND RAT PROBLEMS! No matter how many times you complain, and have pest control come out the roach and rat problem doesnt go away. Even with keeping a spotless clean apartment the roaches are bad and the rats run across your floor at night. Also all of the things Ive stated that was damaged before moving in & things damaged from maintenance like replacing outlets that ended up tearing out paint from the walls has never been fixed.
