Staff are friendly and very helpful. The complex is quiet, safe, and clean. The apartments are in good condition, and maintenance corrects any issues within 24 hours.

Great apartments. This was my first one on my own. Love the location, right off the highway. I spend a lot of time at the pool, always clean. And they pick up your trash. I love it here at Sugar Tree.

Horrid. Appliances are old, dirty, and rusty. The floors are the cheapest laminate ever. Roaches! Lots of them. Twice Ive woken up with them crawling on my body. Neither the doors nor windows are sealed. The windows are dirty. Speaking of dirty, I dont use any of the cabinets or drawers because they are dirty and stained. They are unfinished particle board and unfit for food or dishes. The neighbors play pounding music that invades your space. Overall, this place is disgusting. If youre still interested, be sure to get a full tally of the fees that go beyond the rent. Theyll nickel and dime you every chance they get. Definitely avoid this place unless youre into crappy surroundings, obnoxious music, and pet roaches.

The staff helped guide me in with ease and room to grow . Maintenance is spot on . The views and air are fresh . Been here a year . They always let me know if any major work is done . By text. The portal for payments kinda tricky . Always nice people and pet friendly . The ladies never mind when I run out of coffee and go say hi and grab one . I hope to stay another time frame . Gated community is key in Corpus . Oh and always parking . Here to another year . Waterfront !

When it was new, it was beautiful. It's just ok now. It is too expensive for the small 540' apartment.

The Apartnents are trash the maintenance does half jobs never the right way the apartments are invested with stray cats that eat your trash and leave it for you to clean up there mold on my apartment and they said its not a major deal so they will take care of it in 4 days i would Not recommended these apartments to anyone!!! The worst staff ever
