Ive been a resident here for nearly 3 years. Ive had no issues with any spiders as so many others have mentioned on previous reviews. Although there has been a recent increase in small roaches, management always sends pest control within a couple days. HOWEVER, it seems in recent months theres been an increase in residents who could possibly be living off the governments dime. An increase in police presence, rude and hurried drivers, and numerous cars waiting at the gate are just a few indicators. Do your research before paying 1100 a month for a tiny apartment with your neighbor kicking back allowing everyone else to pay for theirs.

There have been multiple faces at this property. Perhaps a sit-down and a class of professionalism is needed and a better review of incoming resumes. I love my apartment I love the property. However, being a resident that pays on time and has never been late, I am apparently frustrated with the way management deals with things. Yes, I get it the staff is probably sick of hearing the same complaint from multiple residents of the BUG issues. I get it were in TEXAS and its ranch like living by the lake. But how about a reevaluation of how residents feel concerning this matter- having to just deal with it until the issue gets worst. Flying insects, spider haven, I cant even enjoy being outside on my patio nor my front patio and carport. Today, I swept my exterior walls and ceiling! Not only that I wiped it down too with a wet rag. Not just on my patio but also the entry way of the exterior building wall that is accumulating these annoying flying insects and spiders like crazy! In the past I have even went to the extreme to sweep my carport and the rest of the carport that covers my neighbors, the entire row YOUR WELCOME. I literally cant even park my washed car under the carport without having droppings coming from the spiders and flying insects. I washed it Saturday come Sunday droppings everywhere. That was a waist of a car wash, money and time. In the past, after persistently asking and feeling like I am a burden to their daily dutiesthey had finally power washed my carport and exterior building- perhaps because I mentioned I was going to contact corporate.

Lived here for over two years. The rent is higher than normal, so I figured it would keep the riff raff out. Evidently not. The appt claims to have a strict tenant/visitor policy, but hardly enforces it if the rent is paid. Ive made complaints regarding noise, trash, thrown out food on the property, and just a basic lack of respect for others living in close proximity. Ive gone so far as to research who to complain to online about the lack of action management, as it appears that it of no concern. Its rather unfortunate , this is a beautiful property and at one point was comfortable to live at.
