I wish I had read the reviews before moving in here. The complex looks BEAUTIFUL on the website but the images are old! The place is a dump! 1. The security lights go out and are never fixed. 2. The feral cat colony ruined my patio furniture. 3. There is more traffic in and out all night than there is during the day. 4. "Gated community" NOPE it is a fenced community there is no gate. 5. "Lake views" look at the map there is no water near the complex. 6. I've yet to see a playground for children but Im not sure I would let my children play outside with whatever is going on outside... 7. "Chefs kitchen" yep if you think all professional kitchens are galley style and belong on a small boat. 8. "On-site maintenance" if you call one guy who sits in the office most of the day. 9. Electric bills are insanely high when running heat or air as there is literally no insulation in the attic space of these buildings. Your walk-in closet tells you that because it is either 10 degrees hotter or colder than the apartment temperature. 10. The windows are single-pane glass and do not stop noise from the all-night traffic or the heat/cold from outside. You can't even reach out to the property management company about the issues, all calls are routed right back to the office which only provides lip service about fixing broken items inside apartments and out on the property.

so many people do not walk their dogs or do not walk them on a leash for that matter. I have already talked to the office about this so many times as well as emailed them so if they respond to my review it means nothing. The managers response was basically this is a problem all over Texas. I have had to wait at my door to get to my car or wait for these dogs to finish using the bathroom on their own just to be able to walk my dog from chihuahuas to pit bulls off leashes. Let's not forget the fact that a downstairs tenant decided to leave their window open with their Rottweiler looking out the window to see my dog and I pass by get very aggressive knocked down the screen and almost got out to attack my dog and myself. literally have to walk my dog with a taser or leave the apartment all together. Speaking of animals there is a tenant in the building next to me that feeds all the cats in the areas and has potholes and I have been almost hit head on multiple times when arriving here because people leaving are driving on the wrong side trying to avoid the potholes. Next I have never had working ac it worked a couple of days after they replaced the outside unit and then back to nothing that's 7 months into my lease even after they have worked on it so many times. I fixed everything I could on my own in my apartment from leaking toilets to doors that don't close properly it got to the point where I don't even want anything fixed. Lastly The apartment was filthy had roaches and ants when I moved in and was being painted the day I was given my keys I had to provide my own shower curtain rods I have never lived in an apartment where I had to provide my own shower curtain rod becaue it was not an updated unit just a couple of things that don't seem as important compared to all the other things have had to deal with. Almost forgot Yes the Water and Hot water are always shut off.

I moved into the Solana Vista apartments in January 2022. It seemed as though every day there was a new challenge living there. A few highlights of my time there: Hot water was out 1/22/22 Hives all over my body, from the stress, or the mold 1/22/22-2/28/22 Closter rods were damaged 1/22/22 Water leak from upstairs bathroom into the downstairs pantry 1/28/22 Light in the kitchen never worked 1/22/22 Water stains all over the ceiling 1/22/22 Heater out 2/4/22 Electric outlets not working 1/22/22 Mold in downstairs pantry, due to water leak 2/13/22, repaired, but found again 10/3/22 Mold in downstairs bathroom due to the toilet leaking 10/3/22 ROACHES constantly, pest control only came into apartment TWICE in a year Multiple stray cats Fence by the parking lot has been broken Despite multiple attempts to contact about these issues, there were no results. If they repaired something, it would just break again, or be even worse than before. The staff were the least professional people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. In my time there, I went through almost 10 different office staff, managers, etc. All dismissed my concerns out of hand, or ignored me entirely. I have tried contacting their corporate office, with no response. Multiple neighbors had similar complaints of mold, roaches, things left in disrepair, heater/AC out, water leaks, etc. Im sure they will see this, respond with their measly apologies and attempts to fix, but the damage was done, and was not repaired. If youre thinking, oh but it will save me money, in the long run, living here is not worth the emotional hassle and stress I experienced. There are much nicer apartments in town for similar prices, where the maintenance will actually fix things and the staff wont just sweep everything under their moldy, roach filled rug.

The office staff is ALWAYS out. I can never get a hold of them and always need to show up in person to have anything done.

I live here and its always 80+ Degrees in here, the buildings are not insulated right and I might as well be living outside with how hot it is, my friends live here too and their ac has been broken for 6 months, and they always shut the water off

Idiot manager and water gets shut off multiple times a week
