Each unique floor plan comes with nine-foot ceilings that open up each room and give you a sense of spaciousness uncommon in an apartment home. All of our apartments come with washer and dryer connections, and washer and dryer sets are offered in select homes. My experience with Sendera Bay Point Apartments has been wonderful. The staff is is a professional and kind-hearted group who work collaboratively to provide their residents with the best living experience possible.
The best of the best
Sendera Baypoint is one of the best apartments in Corpus Christi. As a graduate student closeness to campus is a huge plus as well as a gym, pools, and sense of community. Parking has never been an issue and the maintenance team is amazing. I have never had an issue with my apartment that they haven't fixed in under 24 hours.
I think this is one of the premiere rental properties in the area. I have looked at several apartments before choosing this location. Other rentals may have one or more of the features and benefits that this establishment has, However, other properties pale in comparison to meet bar or match the benefits package established that this location. Sendera Baypoint is an untapped gem, a trade secret. I am certain once the word hit the streets, there will be waiting list to rent at this location.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
