Puerto Del Mar Apartments

I have couple of friends leave there n are very happy n comfortable they refer me to apply there for a apt .great place leave there .

That place have good working people try to help as much as they could but the place have a lot of issue that according for what you are paying is not equivalent as what you suppose to get . First you have mice's around all places. when they are doing the land scaping they do not take out the leaves they keep it all around .i have to clean my area by myself . A lot of rotches are inside the apartments not only my apartment . They will send you a pets control company jut to have evidence that they doing there best to control it on paper but the fact all insect exist inside the wall and wood (beams) it is imposable to solve this issue only with renewal everything inside the units . My unit have flooded 3 or 4 time when we have heavy rain i send email trying to solve this issue . I ended it up to spend some money out of my pocket to fix it by getting roof roll and foam spray to fill the gaps from outside the building wall . Last thing they keep charging doubles for service fees as water , pets control and cleaning .... adding charging for parking your car in a covered area . i start my lease on February 2023 i ask about the entrance gate and the exit why they are always open they said they are working on them to have more safety for the pop[le living inside the complex but till now nothing was fixed . they are getting renewal and fees service charge and the guest is not getting his rights because he is paying for it .

Avoid-especially if you have pets or kids that enjoy playing outside. This place is too expensive for the dump you get. There's dog poop everywhere. The dog park is covered in poop, no bags, trash can full, and it smells. Poop on sidewalks and every patch of grass there. Roads are covered in pot holes. There's trash being blown around from porches, people have slept out on the benches, and the people in the office do NOTHING to fix it. A lot of people have complained. I've seen grounds workers clean the complex up before tour days to make sure it looks decent, but can't come fix stuff correctly. I rented here and was given a unit that wasn't cleaned well and had a list of issues. They just shrugged at me and said they'd get it done. Took them months.

I was going to move in on a date they had open according to apartmentguide.com. I filled out the forms and paid the $25 online deposit, only to find out that there were no one bedrooms available until next month. Rude staff and the manager wouldnt even talk to me about refunding my $25. Strongly avoid this apartment complex. I ended up moving to Cimarron Court Apartments and love it here. I seriously dodged a bullet from moving into Puerto Del Mar.

Do not apply online. They say that they have available one bedroom units online, so I applied and they ran my credit and I had to pay a $25 app fee. I was called the next day and told that they wouldnt have any available one bedrooms until next month.

Avoid at all cost! Horrible staff (Laurie). Be prepared to be harassed with nonstop calls and threats of lease violations when no rules have been broken and the apartment didnt even bother to check (such as a bag of trash sitting outside of your door). Ridiculous!!!!!
