This place just isnt it! Dont let the cheap price tag fool you because theres a reason its that cheap. Positives: The office staff were always considerate when I stopped by to pay rent or pick up a package. They knew my name and we never had any issues with them. The location is very nice and I honestly miss living on Ocean Dr. The size of our apartment was pretty big for how much we paid. I also liked how our bills were all included. Negatives: Our neighbors were TERRIBLE and I really think they let anyone live here just to get money. The bugs were not great and they dont do pest control enough. Our kitchen sink overflowed when we used the upstairs shower. Our apartment wasnt ready when we moved in so we had to submit over 15 maintenance requests within the first week. One of our cars got broken into because theres no security. Our mailbox door wouldnt lock towards the end. People let their dogs roam freely without any supervision. The laundry room is not clean or maintained. The pool is a free for all and everyone leaves trash and does not respect the space. The appliances inside the apartment are super old. We definitely didnt have the worst experience from what Ive read in other reviews, but it wasnt great. There are definitely better options and safer options than this place.

i like the no carpet floors not a fan of the old kitchen stoves 30years ago we had glass top stoves in germany and in militaery housing i allways look at the stoves. i hate the coils.so sorry ..i love the rest of the apartment

trashy, too much tenant garbage, excess furniture in the trash area. Poor upkeep

I lived here from 2009-2016 and absolutely loved it I had the 1300 sq ft TH. Breathtaking!

A wonderful place to live! I've been living at Ocean Drive Estates Aparments for the past two years,and the experience has been completely wonderful! I love living down by the water and this apartment complex provides me with the perfect amenities for my leisure. Beautiful pool, awesome fitness center and a wonderful management and maintenance staff,and not to mention a beautiful courtyard , which my apartment overlooks! I plan on staying here for many more years! -M
