Awful, awful place to live now. The rent they advertise is not at all what you pay, so be warned. I lived there for three years and loved it the first year. After they came into new management though, they're scam artists. They charge you random 10 to 15 dollars fees a month that are not labeled and they will only take them off if you confront them about it, they require you pay online, but they charge you a 2.50 fee to do so, they raised my rent $80 with only a months notice for my lease renewal and when I told them I could not afford that and would have to move out if they couldn't work with me, they said I have to give a 60 day notice so I would have to pay month to month rent which was over 1200 dollars. It took them 3 months to fix one leak in my apartment that had gotten so bad, the ceiling bowed. When they finally fixed it, they didn't paint or texture over the repaired area, they just left it plastered as it was and left a huge mess in my apartment when they left. My stove had been broken since I moved in and when I asked for them to repair it they said they couldn't do that but they could replace it, however my rent would go up for that! I asked for another old stove and they said the ones they had were worse than the one I had. When they replaced everyones' blinds, I had to request new blinds because they only did it to the updated apartments, not for all of their tenants. My blinds had been broken for two years. The pool was shut down all summer, and its always dirty now anyway. The second pool they have is always FILTHY. There is absolutely no storage except for on the back porch, but if you leave things out there you get fined. Two months after I moved out and they're trying to charge me over 400 dollars because I didn't clean the apartment when I left. When I told them I couldn't afford that but I would pay 150 plus my security deposit that they kept, they threatened to send it to collections. Run away.

Lost Creek is a lovely apartment complex. Apartments are clean, maintenance is efficient, and staff is phenomenal! Living there was a great decision! Even the prices were good! Had I not bought a home, I would still be there now!

Love the great prices. Was shown a upgraded townhouse and for the price its a steal. Friendly office staff.
