I highly recommend these apartments the staff is amazing and maintenance (Carlos) was super fast and fixed what needed to be fixed. Everything about this apartment has just been amazing. Our little family loves it!

I have lived in several apartments in Corpus and one of my favorite things about these apartments is the size of the bathrooms. The staff was always very nice and property was always well kept.

This apartment has very rude staff. We are moving out and our last months rent should have been a prorated amount since we are moving out to on the 27th. We made sure to check with the staff THREE times that we were not going to be charged the full amount of rent. However, on the 1st of the month we were charged the full months rent which was about 200 dollars more. We called and spoke with Sylivia and Gene and they didnt apologize or help us at all. They said it was our fault for not changing the price of the rent online. They had THREE chances to let us know we had to change the amount of the rent online. They failed to do so and know we are out 200 dollars. We stopped the payment from going through with our bank because it was the WRONG amount. Now Gulf Breeze is trying to charge us late fees because of their mistake. We have called and called and they refuse to help and continue to be rude. We are happy to be leaving sooon. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!
