I have been living at Four Winds for the past 5 years, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. First I live in a two bedroom apartment for only $850 a month, that is a steal for Corpus Christi, TX. The staff in the front office are always friendly and nice and have always treated myself and other residents with respects and kindness. I have had 0 bug issues in my place as they do regular pest control. There are also quite a few trash bins all over the property so it is never a far walk to take out the garbage. They are also now pet friendly, so that is also a plus for pet owners and non-pet owners as the residents generally clean up after themselves and the groundskeepers are always cleaning the property. I am also happy that they started doing renovations around the buildings. A++ place to live and is very close to HEB, schools, and restaurants.

Not that many options on picking a cable company. The Maintenance people suck ! Its going to be 1month that they havent fixed our broken window ! They also have a towing company that picks up cars without letting you know they took your vehicle then make you pay outrageous fee to get it back

I've noticed my allergies at an extreme high since I moved in. I believe it's the smell of old wood and possible mold in the unit that I cannot spot...I clean every day. My bath tub where cocking is used to seal the tub against the wall was cracked and caused a leak down to my kitchen over my stove. Sealed it myself and it stopped, someone came and looked at it but did nothing afterward. I believe the rotting of the wood is what I can smell...cause who knows how long it had already been leaking before I moved in. I been there since the first week of 3/2017. I have seen sowbugs (which live in damp invironments) and few roaches which die on their own. I received a txt alert that pest control would come the following day (my day off) and no one came. Just wondering what's killing these bugs?
Overall I plan to leave cause I don't feel healthy living there.

I think it's just the old place/building. It's not worth all these times I've got sick since I moved in. I'm not one to put up an argument about it cause if I request a decrease in rent or a more upgraded unit I will be upset if they say no, until my lease is up. Otherwise that would be the only way I'd stay. So I'll just be looking elsewhere and wait it out till my lease is up.

Management and office staff is extremely rude. Our AC has been broken for 5 days and maintenance has yet to be to my unit to fix it. I have an infant so we have not been able to stay there. Theres always spiders roaches and ants. I dont even remember the last time pest control came. When they did come they spray on 2 places and it wasnt enough to do anything. The apartments are very run down they are remodeling the outside but they are very slow about it.
Ive never been more excited to move!
