This is a well kept apartment complex in a very nice location. The residents are quiet and considerate. Also the management team is very responsive to resident needs.

This property is very well maintained. Far and away the best apartment property I've lived in. I wasn't very excited about moving into an apartment, after living in a house for the past 15+ years, but this place is great!

Been a resident for 2 years and we are very happy with our remodeled unit and management. We love the granite, paint colors, flooring and stainless appliances with a modern feel. Location is very convenient to beach and amenities. Covered parking and garage are a plus with additional and reasonable fees. We love Padre Island on the canal!

The service Compass Bay has definitely gone downhill since the change in management. The common areas are filthy. The tenants fail to pick up their dog waste and you see it everywhere. Maintenance will enter apartments and perform their work and not clean up after themselves. Also they will enter your apartment and not give you a courtesy call or text to let you know. They installed new appliances and left a mess to clean up and they weren't even installed correctly. The tenants leave trash in front if their doors and it leaks and starts smelling and they don't bother to clean it up. For the money you pay, it's not worth it and there are much nicer places. I can't wait to get out of this nasty place.
