February 14, 2023If you want to live in an apartment covered in roaches, broken ac, leaking ceiling, mold, and neighbors who consider themselves "police watch" this is the place to call home. Moved in 01/30 and I instantly regretted doing so. Leasing office has had 5 different people showing me the unit and "amenities". Website mentions pools, fitness centers, yet noting is open or clean for that matter. Mailboxes are completely destroyed so you cant receive mail unless you have a forwarding address. Not to mention broken dishwasher that holds water until the stench of rot is too much to handle unless you clean it out yourself, if you do run the dishwasher the dirty water will run up your kitchen sink. all in all this place is trash and no matter how many times they paint it or change the name this place will continue to be one of the ABSOLLUTE worst place to live in. Also if you do decide to move here ALWAYS double check your lease because they will add unnecessary charges to your rent making your rent go up anywhere from $100-$600. Definitely save your money and peace of mind and rent elsewhere!
