Where to start. The place is near perfect. Peaceful-even a night shift worker can sleep in the middle of the day, even if smack dab in the middle of this place. I am close to the pool and don't here noise until I walk out the front door. It may be different if you are right on top of the pool, but probably not by much-should still be quiet. Maintenance: The best, EVER. even with an overloaded day, she is very efficient at it. Always friendly, knows what she is doing. Whatever problem you have it will at least get checked out right away. and will get tended to a.s.a.p. If there are going to be problems with community repairs, like water needing to be turned off, a text will be sent out on when and how long. The residence-the community is a small close nit place where everyone is nice. People are friendly here and are relaxed in getting to know each other. the worst about this place is parking-it is assigned but occasionally-if a tenant thinks a spot closer to their place is not used, it gets snagged up. But that is an easy fix. Call the office and they send out text or what means to reach residents to tell them to please move the car. it takes care of. There is only one laundry room, but it available for use 24 hrs a day, makes it easy to coordinate laundry And no one will mess with your cloths. Now, there is about a half of dozen apartment complexes that I lived at, and have been become jaded with apartment living. trust me,I have learned to expect the worst and hope for the best. This place is refreshingly nice. Bills can be done online, send out a repair notice that way too. they send out notices on everything to be sure that the we are kept up to date on thinks.started off saying near perfect, I am sure there are problems, but not big enough for me to get mad at.There's nothing big-hold on, they did once say once that a fix on a water pipe would take about 1-1/hr and it took about 2 hrs. Eh, nothing to get in a bind about. Long way to I love it here. Rant End!
