I was thinking about renting here but seeing these reviews I think I'm going to have to decline. what a shame.

Managment is friendly at first. but longer you live here they are never available. They don't fix things. If air conditioning goes out they don't fix it.they offer 1 window unit to cool the whole apartment. And don't care if it runs your bill through the roof. And take they're sweet time fixing anything. You let them know something is wrong in the apartment and they say I'll get to that sometime next week and forget about it till you complain. I HATE this place. Can't wait to find something else as soon as I can. And covered parking is a joke. disrespect big time. Managment and owner also.

Lived there when I moved from Kingsville to corpus.. apartment was nasty. Dirty carpet which I had to clean under my own expense. Manager refused to clean apartment before move in.. apartment was also infested with roaches.. outside of complex was nasty sewage water everywhere. Which it smelled bad.. I do not recommend anyone to live here.. rent was over priced..

Lived here when I moved to corpus worst place live at. Apartment was infested with roaches carpet was super dirty when moved in. Leasing manager told me to clean carpet under my expense. Management is the worst.
