Azure Apartments

Just signed my 9th year lease here. Azure (or better as I know it San Marin ) is a peaceful place to rent an apartment. I have never had any issues of loud disturbances within the community. The office staff does an amazing job being really involved with the residents. all the new fun events makes it a more enjoyable environment. Rent is sort of high, but I understand they have to keep up with market.

Going on our second year here and love it! Great community and staff! New management is really stepping up on renovations and making the apartment complex look great. Easy access to everything and always feel safe. Our dog has also got to make so many friends here.

I have lived here for over two years. The apartments are made of cheap particle board and are poorly painted. The potholes were terrible but luckily that issue was fixed. You are not guaranteed a parking spot unless you pay and additional $50-$80 and the water is shared, so your forced to pay for others water usage and habits. You could rent a house or stay at one of the other nearby apartments for much better quality. Dont let the show apartment fool you.

I have lived here for 5 months and I absolutely love it. I am recently divorced and haven't lived in an apartment in over 20 years! I am a single mom with 2 kids and feel very safe here. The office staff is very attentive, friendly and courteous. I've had a couple of work orders or service requests since I have moved in but those were handled promptly and without question. Residents are very friendly, property is well maintained, the pool is clean and very relaxing area to hang out and kid friendly! Overall very nice complex to live at!

Nice apartment! We live here for over 15 years. Current manager Melissa is excellent!
