I would have rated my stay at St. Marin great, but I believe their overpriced not to be in the Coppell School District. The office staff is awesome though.

This is my fourth year living at St. Marin and I love it! The Office Staff, Management, and Maintenance Team are very caring and professional. My apartment is spacious and at a very good rental rate. The great location is accessible to everywhere.

The layout of our Townhome is spacious and attractive. Improvements are being made throughout the property. The location is very good in terms of access to roads and shopping. The staff are friendly and professional. For the cost of rent improvements should be made to floors and kitchen area. I enjoy living at St Marin and have no plans to move in the future.
