We are enjoying living at St. Marin. Community features are great. Every one here is so nice. Neighborhood is also awesome
St. Marin is quiet and safe. The grounds are kept up nicely and I love the fact that they are animal friendly. The pools and the workout rooms are properly maintained. The management is very friendly and responsive. I have never had an issue in the 3 years that I've lived there.
This place sucks, manager is rude and demanding. Don't do it!
St Marin is a tranquil apartment community which offers great value at a good location.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
