What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Conroe

It is close enough to the freeway to be quick to go somewhere. It is quickly growing which increases the property values. There are quite a few good restaurants in the area.

I like how close I am to the grocery store, I don't have to use Uber or take the bus to get around as a long as I don't buy too much . I also like how close I am to the dollar store, it's more reasonable in prices and I am very close to my apartment.

GREAT LOCATION. REAL CLOSE TO SHOPPING. GREAT NEIGHBORS. FEELING SAFE. GROCERY STORES NEARBY AS ARE DRUG STORES, AND GAS STATIONS.

It's quiet most days, I love the calm and sincere in my neighborhood, great school are across the street

Its quiet. I dont live in the city, more on the outskirts so it is not as much crime as the city that is about 40 minutes where I stay. I also like the community involvement, we have the "it takes a village" minset around here

It is family friendly It Is close to nice outdoor places and parks It has nice environment for children
