Hey friends in the community! We have had nothing but problems since we moved into our apartment complex @restonapartmentsconroe almost 2 years ago. Whenever we put in a service request they take months to fix the problem. Durning the freeze our pipes broke and our apartment flooded, it took them THREE months to fix our water damage, and they didnt even fix it they literally just painted over the damage so Im sure theres mold growing in the walls. Our ac broke about 4 months ago and they took 3 weeks to do a quick fix. Our whole ac system crashed once again at the end of may and we submitted a service request for it to be fixed. It took two and a half months for them to finally fix it after we threatened to terminate our lease. Our apartment was 85 degrees everyday coming home from working out all day in the heat! Absolutely ridiculous! The pool is consistently green whenever we try to use it, seeing cockroaches in our apartment often and we keep it very clean. We our young and the management thinks they can take advantage of us. Ive tried contacting management and corporate about what we are dealing with and have been completely ignored. Our patience is through with this apartment complex.

Staff is unhelpful, fees are for nothing, renovations are cheap, flood risk.

ROACHES Difficulty finding available parking. Covered spaces for $25 month I got an estimate for $500 to touch up paint on the Scratches I began to get on my car from other residents when I did find spot. It was war. Trash pickup was a joke $23 fee to pay rent online, not a late fee Utilities spiked up about $20-25 Maintenance came without a legitimate call from me, single female. So glad to finish my lease, but now ate charging me $130 to resurface my bathtub which had blue dye on it. I never dyed anything in my tub, other than my hair which should not affect a porcelain or plastic tub. If tubs are being painted with epoxy paint they will not come clean so ladies, spend money at the salon to dye your hair because you cant do it at home if you live here. It will cost you in the long run to dye at home and save that way. Basic cable was included, though surprised management didnt start charging- maybe thats why utilities went up.

I recently went to this property to inquire about a unit and was greated by, who I thought, was a very friendly leasing agent named Lorena. Tenants came in while I was with her on 2 seperate occasions and she went from Dr. Jekel to Mr. Hyde. She was extremely rude to her tenants and dismissive. Then turned back to me and put the nice face on again. Main reason I'm moving from where I am now is because of management and I cant imagine moving in here to pay more money and have to deal with the fear of being dismissed so easily if there is a problem.

BEWARE! New owners. I have lived here for for 4 years and am living in the smallest bedroom, theyve increased rent every month by 25-50 for the last 6 MONTHS and are currently charging me the same rent as the LARGEST one bedroom just to make a buck because so many people have chosen to MOVE out. They will add on fees to EVERYthing and without notice. Im currently paying 760.00 with a 19 dollar fee for MY trash can alone every month. Stay away. NOI management has awful reviews. Air conditioner was leaking for 3 weeks with mold accruing under carpet, because they wouldnt hire help for the 1 maintenance staff on site.

Very unfriendly people. Since day one, they never were helpful in any possible way. Twice flooded, first time 2 inches the entire apartment, and the second time, a foot. And when I went to the office to talk to them about my situation, What you want. I do not recomend this complet to nobody. Terrible management, and would be floded again.
