We have been in apt less than 30 days and it smells. The apt mgr and maintenance have tried to find smell while over riding it with disinfectant, bleach, etc
Worsts place to live bad apt you will hear your. Next door apt whin they talk or teak shower and bugs all over your bad your apt very rude office they roun this apt like mop save your selfie and your money
truly the worst of the worst. 4 inspections per year and they have more inspections for "energy saving" measures such as seeing what kind of shower head they can put in to make as little water come out as possible. They further treat you like a child by not providing a drop box. You must go into the office during business hours so they can make sure you are paying the right amount of rent--very inconvenient for people who actually work. You have no choice but to buy renters insurance and pay either a $400 cash deposit!!! or pay a nonrefundable deposit insurance fee. Tell late-staying guests to watch out--a tow truck company is paid to patrol the lot and will tow without any warning from management. And their "billing errors" on your rent statement are comical. Do not be fooled by the low rent for the square footage--there is a reason for everything. You spend more time and money problem-solving than you could ever hope to save.
