The new management is awful. They nickel and dime everything on move out. We have never gotten less then 90% of our security deposit back and this year we got hardly anything back. They said we didn't clean anything. I spent four days deep cleaning. The apartments are old and not well insulated and ac units are old so the electric bill is ridiculous. We living there for years and it's seriously gone down hill. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
If I could give this complex negative reviews I would. The day we toured it and signed our lease it was granite counter tops, wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and only $749 for one bed/one bath rent! We were sold! Come move in day, we walk into our apartment to carpet, old wooden painted countertops, white dirty appliances, clogged sinks, and they demanded an $800 rent bc it was inconvenient for them to lease in January instead of August. First night in the apartment the air conditioning breaks, they take 2 days to fix it, and lets be honest it broke another 8 times before I finally moved out in December. Then, our first utility bill came, and I kid you not, for a 550 sq foot 1 bed/1 bath apartment it cost over $200, so the insulation sucks. About 5 months into my lease my water became a very muddy brown. I called maintenance and when they came in they said it was normal for the hot water heaters to do that and they would fix it. A second maintenance call and a MONTH LATER I finally had clean water. The last rent check was 405 for me, and I paid 450 on accident (my mistake) but they refused to refund me bc it was my fault. Dont even bother asking for your deposit back, I had the apartment professionally cleaned and wrote down all the issues that were there before I moved in and they somehow managed to charge me $580 for not giving a 60 day notice before my lease was up and I was moving out... although my lease was not renewed I was still expected to give notice that I was moving out in December... even though I didnt renew when they asked... ok. WORST apartment complex in College Station. Please save your money and go elsewhere!!!
Wonderful place to live! Nice and quiet. Lived her for about 6 months and anytime I've had a concern maintenance and the office staff were quick to fix it. The pond is stocked so it's great to be able to go,fishing and the pool is always clean! The property is always keep clean.
