This is NOT student living. Its transient construction worker living with several people living in units with several large vehicles/trucks parking wherever they want, including in your driveway, blocking your garage. There is NO ONE to speak to after hours from Deer Tracts LLC who owns several units, , just a voice mail. There are much better properties in CSTAT for students. Glad to get my daughter out of there at the end of this month! My son lives at Park West & its amazing AND less money.
So fun! Great service! Amazing community!
University Heights is heaven compared to renting from Aggieland apartment finders. University Heights has great staff, and are super quick about getting you what you need, when you need it!
Our move in experience was great. Justin went above and beyond to make sure that all of our concerns were taken care of. The houses are beautiful. I have an Aggie son and senior in high school. My senior and her cheerleader friends will definitely be leasing at University Heights next year. My son loves where he lives. I'm caught off guard at the other reviews because my experience has been nothing but great. I will recommend University Heights to all of our current and future Aggie friends.
Horrid management, rude, do not complete requests, blame issues on residents. House not cleaned on move in, went with ruined and broken doors for months. Almost unbelievable how any Aggie graduate could act with such a lack of integrity.
