So fun! Great service! Amazing community!
University Heights is heaven compared to renting from Aggieland apartment finders. University Heights has great staff, and are super quick about getting you what you need, when you need it!
Horrid management, rude, do not complete requests, blame issues on residents. House not cleaned on move in, went with ruined and broken doors for months. Almost unbelievable how any Aggie graduate could act with such a lack of integrity.
Justin the manager is incredibly unhelpful and rude both in dealing with the students and parents. Once I made the rent check out to University Heights instead of KGM rentals (which was the proper name to be put on the rent check) and he threw away the mislabeled check and I was never called or alerted in any way and ended up having $100 in late fines. And don't expect to get your deposit refund back within the 30 days designated by the state of Texas-- additionally they refuse to let you pick up said deposit refund and insist on mailing it out. Overall Justin is inhumanly unfeeling and rude and out of all the property management companies I have signed with, this one is by far the most unprofessional. Buyer beware they will try to gouge you for all you've got!
Maintenance is terrible. Always say they will fix the issue the next day but never do. You always have to call back and ask them again. Cars parking on both sides of the road becomes an issue. Streets need to be wider. Houses built too fast, already floors and walls cracking.
