The matinence is horrible!! We've been without air conditioning for a whole week! Plus we have a toddler. The front office just gives you a run around and never helps. The looks are nice but everything else is horrible! Plus we're always without water, it's totally not worth the price! And trash cans are constantly over flowing outside.

The management is not helpful, we have ac problems but it still doesnt work.

As an incoming graduate student at Texas A&M, I was looking for a quiet, affordable, yet nice apartment to call home for the next 1-2 years. After looking at 10+ horrible apartments, I toured The Vintage and was impressed by their hardwood floors, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and competitive price. I decided to sign with them. I moved in on the 24th and did not have enough room on the inventory and condition form to write everything that was not move in ready.. I won't list them all, but needless to say I was not pleased. Despite this, I would not actually be living in the apartment for another 2 weeks so I made them aware of everything that was wrong, the 3 biggest being there was absolutely no quarter round (but there was in the model unit), AC was broken, and there was a huge opening under the sink to the space between the walls. I was told they would not put quarter round in but would calk around the entire apartment and they assured me it would all be fixed when I got back. Upon return, to my surprise they did in fact put quarter round in which made the apartment look 100X better, however, the AC and space under the sink was not fixed. I went and talked to maintenance and they fixed the whole under the sink immediately. The AC is another story. For the past 2 days it has been running non-stop and will NOT go below 77 degrees. Utilities in College Station are sky high might I add, so I'm not looking forward to this months bill. I've talked with the head maintenance several times and he's more than willing to help out, but nothing seems to work. It seems like management is trying to throw pennies at the problem and keep giving me the round about instead of doing what more than likely needs to be done, replacing the AC unit that is older than I am. There's are other problems I'm still trying to get fixed, but the AC is the biggest concern. **I will update the review when/if the problem is fixed.**

They have shut the water off over a dozen times from 5-8pm. Once the water was shut off from noon to the following day at 10am, this is 22hrs with no water. When I spoke with the office, they knew the water was off but did not call a plumber untill 9am the next morning. They do not return maintenance calls or even complete them. I have had a broken window that someone outside through a rock at from outside and my patio door does not lock. This has been 5months now and they still have not repaired it
