My son has been at SoCo since March of 2021. Hes had very few maintenance issues but when he has the response was quick and the problem taken care of right away. The apartments are modern and well made. Most of all, the Manager, Curtis is truly great. Hes concerned that every tenant has a great experience and hes been so helpful to myself and my son. I dont know why someone would give a bad review of SoCo. Maybe before Curtis was Manager but its been great for my son.

My wife and I have been at SoCo Tower Point for the last 5 months. The amenities, grounds and maintenance is excellent. If something isn't right it gets fixed in less than 24 hours. All staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. It is a little expensive. I guess you get what you pay for.

Cheaply built, thin walls, dirty property and halls, management doesnt care and when you bring up any issues, they act like its your problem.

They rent them to you as if they were luxury apartments but they do not maintain luxury apartments or they definitely do not know what the word luxury defines. All its areas are always dirty, especially the pool where many children go. The pool is extremely poorly maintained, the water is always green and the bottom of the pool is always dirty. the bbq only works one, in short they should not say that they are luxury apartments because they definitely are not.

Ive been in apt 6304 at Soco I really believe this apartment was flooded. I moved here last year and its been a nightmare each time it rains my ceiling leaks above the fan and my countertop. If you chose to rent her think twice they performed patchwork at least 4x. I rate this place as 1
