The parking is terrible. It's an old property & needs to be renovated if they are going to charge the price they are charging. When I 1st moved in it was roach infested and the air didn't work. Ready for my lease to be up.

Awful experience for my son. Not well insulated, so the electric bill is out of this world high. Then he ended up with fleas (he has no pets), and they will not do anything to get rid of them. So he's staying with a friend and locked into this lousy situation. Go somewhere else, y'all.

I lived here for two years, current management is nice and friendly! The apartments are older and quiet, however you cant beat the price.

I'm on my 2cd year here at PepperTree Apartments & loving the new management! Theytook over this property this past summer (2018) & they have kept up on the property and the tenants. Repairs are tended to in a timely manner & the staff are very friendly. I feel safe here and that's a big plus! They are pet friendly. Wifi & expanded basic cable are free. Unlike past managers, this team holds community activities which I really enjoy going to. It's a great way to meet your neibors & make new friends. I love the accountability this management team has. There was a time I would not have recommended this place, but now I highly recommend it!. I love my beautiful apartment & plan to be here for long time..

I love it here! I have been here 15 plus years. It is in a convenient area to shopping and the upkeep of the property is good as well. This is a quiet community and I appreciate that. The managerial aspect of the operation is outstanding. The only thing that I do not like is the camera system. I feel as if I am under surveillance. Other than that I love living here at Pepper Tree.
